General terms and conditions of sale and cancellation policy<\/h2>

General provisions<\/h3>

All bookings automatically imply acceptance of all these general terms and conditions of sale.
Under no circumstances may the tenant take advantage of a right to remain in the premises at the end of the rental period stipulated in the contract. The tenant must leave the premises immediately on the last day of the rental contract.
The tenant uses the villa in a respectable manner and puts it to good use.
No other outsider may take advantage of the rental of the villa, on pain of immediate exclusion of the tenants.<\/p>

No reimbursement will be made for any damage caused.<\/p>

Villa Casa Coco<\/a><\/h4>

The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 adults, plus 2 children\/adolescents. No additional people will be allowed to stay in the villa.
- Chambre L'Ilet Madame: maximum 2 people
- Les Salines room: 4 people maximum: 2 adults + 2 children\/adolescents
- Coco Bay room: 2 people maximum
- Fond Banane room: 2 people maximum<\/p>

\u00a0<\/h4>

Outdoor area :<\/h4>

A barbecue is available. Full cleaning is compulsory, failing which a charge of 80 euros will be made.
The swimming pool is accessible day and night, as long as it is used properly.
Maintenance is carried out once a week by our swimming pool specialist. Access is authorised from the outside, so as not to disturb you too much.<\/p>

But under no circumstances can you refuse him access.<\/p>

Childproof lock<\/h5>

We would like to warn you about young children having access to the pool. A safety net is available to secure access. Please remember to put it in place. If you fail to do so, we decline all responsibility.<\/p>

Various<\/h3>

All appliances are in good working order. If you notice a fault or malfunction, please let us know.<\/p>

Pets are not allowed in the villa or on the entire property.<\/p>

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
No parties are allowed.
You agree to respect the neighbourhood as a whole. The peace and quiet of the estate is appreciated by all, so thank you for contributing to it.<\/p>

Entry and exit<\/h4>

Arrivals: from 4pm.
Departures: 10.00 am.
Maintenance of the Villa<\/a> is provided by Sandy, who takes care of the entire rental.
We ask you to keep the villa clean and tidy during your stay, out of respect for people and property.<\/p>

An inventory of fixtures will be carried out before your departure.<\/p>

In the event of damage, we will be obliged to deduct a penalty from the security deposit.
Our concierge will clean your apartment at the end of your stay.<\/p>

Payment<\/h4>

Villa rental price<\/h5>

All prices are per night and include VAT.
They vary according to 4 seasonal periods.
A deposit of 50% of the price of your stay is payable on booking.
The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival. Failing this, your booking will be automatically cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.<\/p>

Tourist tax<\/h5>

Tourist tax is \u20ac1.50 per person per day, except for minors (aged 0-18).<\/p>

Cleaning costs<\/h5>

A cleaning fee of \u20ac200 is compulsory and must be paid on arrival.<\/p>

Deposit<\/h5>

A deposit of 1900 euros is required and must be paid by cheque on arrival at the villa.
The deposit cheque will not be cashed and will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure, once you have checked out.<\/p>

Cancellation policy<\/h4>

Any request for cancellation or modification must be notified to us by e-mail.
You will also receive a reply in writing, setting out the amount to be reimbursed or not.<\/p>

General cancellation conditions :<\/h5>

- More than 2 months before the arrival date: 50% will refund any sums already paid.<\/p>
