Casa Coco is a charming villa located at 13 Lotissement La Sagesse 97215 Rivière-Salée, Martinique.

It's the ideal place to spend an unforgettable holiday in the Caribbean sunshine. As you enter the 700 m² garden with its luxuriant vegetation, you will be seduced by its exterior with its swimming pool and wooden terrace offering breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, Diamond Rock and Mount Larcher.

Enjoy the peace and beauty of the surrounding countryside, with Martinique's lush forest within easy reach. The wooden Villa has a large living room 45 m², bright and spacious, with a cathedral ceiling and exposed beams that evoke the spirit of Creole houses. This central room, which articulates the whole villa, can accommodate 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, with access to the scullery and terrace.

The Villa has 2 master suites, each with its own shower room, and 2 comfortable, tastefully decorated bedrooms sharing a bathroom.

The names of the rooms evoke the island's iconic places: Coco Bay, Les Salines, L'Îlet Madame and Banana base. The suites are 24 m² for the largest and 18 m² for the other.

You can relax after a day of sightseeing or water sports. The Villa is located in a quiet housing estate with private parking for 2 cars, a real crossroads for visiting the marvellous Martinique. You will be close to the GR for unforgettable hikes on the most beautiful paths, diving clubs and the island's culinary specialities.
